I had to email multiple times to see where the loan process was at, an online loan process tracker would be nice. Think along the lines of dominoes pizza tracker only for a loan that’s hundreds of thousands instead of a ten buck pizza.

Wonderful and very professional. My experience was top notch.
The process took longer than expected. Carmelita did a good job at communicating weekly and asking us for whatever documents were needed. The problems all occurred at the end. The final documents included the escrow. We did not want the escrow and we still do not know why things did not match the preliminary documents that were correct. It took endless emails and phone calls to her manager and other agents to get them corrected which spanned over 5 days.
Sirrena was AMAZING!!! She was great at communicating and went above and beyond. I was not pleased with everyone involved, but Sirrena made up for how much the others lacked.
The communication from all PennyMac reps were 5 stars! We closed in record time and were satisfied with all elements. Brent did say I should advise all re-fi clients so they are as ready to go as we were! Thanks, Brent!!
The whole process from start to finish took too long (4 months), resulting in me having to submit docs (pay stubs/bank statements, etc) multiple times. I continuously received emails stating that final underwriting review was pending and that I would receive an update in 5-7 days, etc. It was a very frustrating and unpleasant experience . . . Kudos to my Home Loan Specialist, Regina Lai as she kept patient and apologetic through the whole process.
Sirrena was very helpful. She happily answered any questions I had, and made sure I knew what to expect with my refinance. She definitely helped take any of the stress out of the situation.
