Every time we needed to speak with Molly, We had to leave a message and did not know when we would get a call back. Once we received the call back she was on it. We received most of our answers from Anthony. Anthony is very sharp. called back quickly and answered our questions.

I sent in the same docs multiple times.My divorce was finalized 6/19, I have been sending in docs for my legal name change to PM since 7/19.After sending documents again,they still had my then married name on the docs.I even told the title co to make a new deed before signing (I have the emails) We stopped the signing.I was the one who got in touch with the title co to get answers and I passed it to PM (bc they hadn’t heard back) I felt like they didn’t try as hard as they could to close on time

From the time I made the phone call about the loan to close, it all was very smooth. The MAC team communicated to me everything they needed and all I had to wait on was approval. They also kept me up to date with the closing. I would highly recommend Penny Mac to all of my friends.
Overall loan process was good. The closing time was longer than I anticipated. This seems to be due to volume of refinances and low rates. I appreciated weekly touch base on my loan while I waited for processing by underwriters. The closing agent didn't seem to have clear understanding of all the documents. However pennymac agent was able to answer my questions over the phone.
