From beginning to end the process took 3 months. In that time four closings were scheduled. Three of the closings never happened due to issues of PennyMac not having documents ready. The disappointment was no one from PennyMac called to say the closing was put off leaving me to call and find out why. During the process the closing disclosure documents changed several times without my knowledge to also include having an incorrect disclosure when the closing finally happened.

Smooth process!
Frequently asked for paperwork that was already provided multiple times.. The lady that was supposed to do our closing did not show for the first appointment. Process overall took way longer than it was supposed to.
