The loan closed, but funding took 3 weeks. Email and calls were made more than once within the time and no one would call back. Very poor customer service on all levels.
Frequently asked for paperwork that was already provided multiple times.. The lady that was supposed to do our closing did not show for the first appointment. Process overall took way longer than it was supposed to.

It was a good experience and will be better with quick turn time. authorized third party should instantly carryover at initial boarding of loan. This will definitely be an excellent service if this can be done on future loans.
