Frequently asked for paperwork that was already provided multiple times.. The lady that was supposed to do our closing did not show for the first appointment. Process overall took way longer than it was supposed to.

The communication and the difficulty in contacting you was terrible. Almost impossible to call and talk with a "Live Body". Too many calls were not answered timely. The entire process went on far longer than anticipated. Our Rep (Lauren Aslin) who we was assigned to us, did not get the accuracy from other Departments regarding questions and process, so it is not entirely her fault. I would recommend that your Company quit using Covid 19 as an excuse to give poor service. We expected better.
