Pennymac and Regina were great to work with! Highly recommended. Unfortunately the appraisal people took 6 weeks to get the appraisal done when we were told 2-3 weeks when they were at the house. Obviously issues do arise but that was my only complaint throughtout the process

Kami was wonderful! She kept me informed throughout the process. I felt she always had my best interest. I have bought, sold and refinanced a number of times and this was the easiest due to Kami’s help.

Our refi experience with PennyMac was truly awesome. Everything they said would happen, did. The time-frame they gave us, was accurate. We initially had called regarding another type of refi and based on the expert advice we were furnished with, our refi was better and we are saving over $400/month. Thank you!
I thought since we currently had our mortgage with PennyMac, it would go a lot faster. That is what it is. My biggest "complaint" would be the extreme lack of communication. The person I originally was dealing with was very attentive to my concerns and VERY quick to respond. The person I ended up with was not at all. They were VERY nice the 2 times I spoke to them, but they were not at all attentive and VERY slow to contact me....even sometimes upon my contacting them more than once.
From the application process all the way to the closing documents, Kyle and his team did an amazing job with updates and check ins along the way. Thank you to Kyle and his team. Raymond Hilko
PennyMac has a awesome team. Nicholas Guerrero was great in every area in helping me with my refinance loan. I also want to thank Michael Payne he was the first to answer the phone when I call and helping me get on the right track for this loan and getting the team to help me threw it all.
