Kyle’s service was impeccable, but the other supporting cast drove the overall rating lower. I had to reach back out to Kyle to get contact with the closing agent because I hadn’t heard from her as late as one day before closing, and needed wire info. Other than that, the experience was smooth as silk!

The loan processor being very patient on my thousand calls with my thousand questions. Emeldo worked quick to have my concerns addressed. For this I am very pleased with the service provided.
Process worked well w/exception of title company's inability to successfully get their closure CPA to show up. Originally sked for Friday, 16 Oct. Finally showed up on Tuesday 20 Oct. Not Brent's fault as he kept us informed and apologized profusely.

Could have used a little more patience and a warmer tone with me, sometime when dealing with elderly clients you should try to make them feel that they are important .
