The only issue I had with the whole experience is the person that came to our home to notarize the paperwork never reached out with a confirmation, and showed up at the very last minute. A call of acknowledgment from them would have been nice. Everything went as expected as stated in the beginning. All expectations were meet for the comment of GREAT!
Took forever for this to get done. Started in early august, closed in late oct. It wasn't a reflection of Nichole, but your company needs to speed things up.
The entire process was painless! Communications were clear and concise and all documentation was exactly as I was advised it would be from the beginning.
Kelsey communicated effectively without being burdensome. She was very pleasant and easy to deal with, quickly resolving any questions I had and providing clear and accurate timelines for when & what to expect.
Brent was knowledgeable and has a calming interpersonal communication style. I really enjoyed working with him!

- Good rates - Daily was superb - Sanchez although she was super fast in responding (much faster than 95% of similar services: bank etc) , She did not explain the details well and sounded like she was not interested. Otherwise the loan came on time and she arranged the sginatures fast
PennyMac always kept me informed through out the refinancing process. They were quick to follow up with any questions that i had. Very great team to work with!
