Very quick and efficient
Closing cash to close amount was incorrect and both Carmelita and her direct manager, Louis, failed to communicate the correct amount of closing that needed to be completed for the notary meeting. Lack of communication was very poor.

I don't feel any of my issues were jason hords doing, but to be asked,4 and 5 times to refax documents i had proof of being transmitted was frustrating. I do think Vartan did advocate for me , and Jason was kind and understanding of my frustration. I have documented every conversation and faxing of said documents. I am glad to know its over. I thought going through PennyMac would be easier as I have been with them for years. Such a fuss over a charge account my sister has for me in event
I feel like the process took a long time with out any check in or advice on how long it would take.
