Good service
I thoroughly enjoyed working with Brittany Claypool throughout the refinance process. She was very personable, was knowledgeable, clearly explained things, and was prompt in her replies. She is definitely an asset to the PennyMac company.
My loan officer was just excellent. Refinancing my home ran so smoothly. Shout out to him for an amazing job.
There were only two saving grace when working with PENNYMAC. Kami was awesome and she made the whole horrible experience a bit bearable. She needs to be recognized for putting up with my frustration. First, the portal suck. It doesn't updated after I uploaded the documents. I didn't get any confirmation if the document was acceptable or not. I don't know when the closing date until I called Kami. I would never recommend PennyMac to another living soul. There are many choices and NEVER Pen
Easy and helpful the entire time
It was easy and everything was uploaded electronically.
I felt like the people were very accommodating and helpful. I felt like the loan process took too long so they kept requesting documents. Overall I thought it was a very good experience
The process was fast and easy thanks for all your help!
I was very impressed with the weekly calls keeping me up to date on the process and if additional information was needed.
