I would always say just okay, there is no way to make a loan refi a great experience. It’s a drag that requires lots of searching for paperwork. It isn’t realistic to expect a great process. I would rate it higher if I’d had a weekly report of the way things were going even if it was just a Hi, we know you’re waiting and haven’t forgotten you. Also I detest filling out surveys and dislike the pressure I imagine you’re applying to people who often don’t have control over all the processes

It really gives peace of mind and a lot of hope and confidence for us. Thank you for giving me back my hope that this loan will get approve and it did. The first time I went through the closing process it was absolutely frustrating. The same documents were requested more than once, I would not hear from my loan officer, overall a horrible experience. The second time around was definitely a different experience. Never requested for the same documents, would send regularly emails to let me know where I am during the process.

The streamline refinance process was very simple and fast. My loan officer, Kyle McTighe, was very professional and made the process a success.
