Fast and seamless process! My loan officer and supporting staff were great and provided accurate and work hard to close this process quickly.

Refinancing my loan took longer than 3 months. My initial closing date was june 2020. Pennymac is my moetgage lender and still took longer than 3 months to close and I'm still not sure why
I didn't receive clear or sometimes any communication from my loan processor to my questions. I am still waiting on answers and we signed our closing papers last week. I had a late payment charged because we didn't close in August and I was assured that it would be removed, but it was included in the closing documents. I sent many different emails and left voicemails and never received answers or responses.
Erica did a great job communicating with me about my loan.
I was happy to do my refinance with PennyMac.

Overall great experience from start to finish, I was kept informed every step of the way.
