Great service. Brent and his team were awesome
Refinancing my loan took longer than 3 months. My initial closing date was june 2020. Pennymac is my moetgage lender and still took longer than 3 months to close and I'm still not sure why
Processes may have been flawed due to COVID and the fact that most of the staff was working from home but the length of time it took to do a streamline refinance was unacceptable. The request to upload documents to the collection site was slow and took several days to reach the specialists. Overall experience was not good, however, I owned a PennyMac loan in the past and I was completely happy, so wanted to stay with the company.

I had been with PennyMac for a few years now and the staff are all friendly, professionals, and very helpful. Anthony Torres was great and very helpful, great on projected time for closure of my loan application. Everything he said was right on the money. This is the first time I refinance that I did not have any issues. It was all great I will definitely refer my friends, family & parishioners to PennyMac. Thanks 🙏
