My main issue is not getting a direct email or phone number to contact my specialist. It was easier to wait for her to call me. I had issues signing a document because it locked up. I missed the instructions on what code to use to unlock the document. Not Lauren's fault. She couldn't unlock it and in the end we just didn't unlock it. It ended up being a non-issue but overall, in my whole experience with the process, I didn't think it was "great."

Erica was pleasant, professional and a Joy to work with!. She went above and beyond in my opinion in comparison to companies I previously dealt wit on the lending side. First of all Jason Hord was wonderful, he always addressed all of my concerns. The problem I had was the with closing. Things were not communicated very well at all as far as the notary service. I was also called told after closing that I would have to make a payment the next month, when I was told previously that I would not. Again, Jason took care of it for me and everything worked out in the end. It was just a little frustrating getting there. Thanks, Jason, you're the best.
