Aside from the subpar tech platform for the entire process it was done quickly and communicated very well. Both my loan rep and servicer did an excellent job. I only mention the online tools as it seems like PennyMac is using something that was developed a long time ago. Only advice I would give is to spend some $$ on updating your user interface.

John Buchanan was very knowledgeable and very helpful. My closing happened in just over 2 weeks. So easy and so fast, I can't recommend highly enough.
Very great work
Lack of communication, shifting cash to close numbers, and 2 closings rescheduled within 2 weeks is not the right way to do business. We finally closed but we still have no clue why our closing was rescheduled 2 times previously.
The entire loan process was very clear from beginning to end. Online portal was easy to use and John answered all my questions along the way. The team of people I worked with were very professional and would definitely recommend them in the future.
Everything was super smooth and faster than expected! Pennymac helped us bring no money to the table. We are very pleased with the entire process.
