I dealt with Brian in the beginning process everything went well. Then I had Eric briggs and I was forgotten. Didn’t hear anything for a month when I repeatedly called. Then Molly Christmas took over and everything went smoothly.

The process was smooth and my loan was very low documents. I get weekly update in regards to the process so that was nice. The only qualm I have is the lack of communication/direct line to speak to my agent. Especially the morning of my closing. The final closing documents had different numbers than what I had sign and acknowledge before that which had cause the process to not be seamless. I feel that on the day of closing, the agent (if OOTO, should have a back up) should be on standby.

I received 4 payoff statements and then a 5th one after closing date. The time frame dragged on and on. We closed over 2 weeks later than originally suggested.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐The team at Penny Mac USA were very friendly and knowledgeable. They kept us up to date with any information that we would need. Closing was super easy as they arranged for a notary to come to our home and we had our closing costs ready to go. Definitely recommend Penny Mac as your mortgage provider. Scott S.
