I like the employee there work with me because the are professional the have patience and dedication and thanks to everyone...
PennyMac offered the lowest rate I could find, the people I worked with were friendly and knowledgeable, and the loan closed out as planned. Perhaps due to high demand for refinances right now, they followed up once a week. This was predictable but felt like a long time to wait for a response. Generally, they were a great team to work with!
