I dealt with Brian in the beginning process everything went well. Then I had Eric briggs and I was forgotten. Didn’t hear anything for a month when I repeatedly called. Then Molly Christmas took over and everything went smoothly.
Everything went very smooth during the process. I understand that everyone was very busy but all of my questions were answered and everything was finalized in the original stated timeline.
Process was very straight forward and communication was excellent.

Great service
I primarily worked with Nekita until she quit answering/returning my calls. Then someone else took over and my loan finally closed. The people who took over my loan from Nekita were great, but it felt like the ball was dropped initially.
Nicholas communicated frequently and that wasn't the problem. I had to ask for the closing documents from the Notary several times ans that was stressful. Another company needs to be used for closing. Ask the customer if they have a preferred title company.
