The process was smooth and my loan was very low documents. I get weekly update in regards to the process so that was nice. The only qualm I have is the lack of communication/direct line to speak to my agent. Especially the morning of my closing. The final closing documents had different numbers than what I had sign and acknowledge before that which had cause the process to not be seamless. I feel that on the day of closing, the agent (if OOTO, should have a back up) should be on standby.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐The team at Penny Mac USA were very friendly and knowledgeable. They kept us up to date with any information that we would need. Closing was super easy as they arranged for a notary to come to our home and we had our closing costs ready to go. Definitely recommend Penny Mac as your mortgage provider. Scott S. PennyMac offered the lowest rate I could find, the people I worked with were friendly and knowledgeable, and the loan closed out as planned. Perhaps due to high demand for refinances right now, they followed up once a week. This was predictable but felt like a long time to wait for a response. Generally, they were a great team to work with!
