Refinancing my house thru PennyMac was a great experience. I was satisfied. I was informed ahead of time re documents to be submitted or anticipated emails or phone calls. I encountered no hidden surprises, therefore I would do business again with them.
John was very thorough and helpful throughout the whole refi process.
It was great because of the product offered including the rate and the ability to skip a payment. However the closing costs far exceeded what we were initially quoted and even the amount that we were told to bring to closing.
The entire process was extremely smooth. Macy called me every Tuesday with an update-now that’s great service!
