Throughout the whole process both Reid Wright and Kami Weber seemed to really take time to understand my needs and guide me in the right direction. The process took about 4 months but given the current environment with COVID-19 I am pleased that we were able to get it done. The process was pretty simple and I was communicated with each step of the way. Every time I called or email I always got a response usually the same day! I am happy.

A little more communication with final numbers and actual closing updates without the client having to reach out so often. Secondly, I emailed and called to be sure I had the final closing numbers for cash to bring and the numbers were different. Now I have to wait until someone calls me to get an update. Amrock Title or PennyMac has not communicated with me about this situation.

There was very little communication from PennyMac especially after we already paid for the appraisal. In the end I feel as though I should be paid for the work of getting this loan closed because I constantly had to not only reach out to the lender but also but our attorney on overtime trying to get to the bottom of what needed to be provided. As well as the day of closing all the documents were wrong but at that point we were over dealing with it and signed them anyhow with the belief they wou

I had my orginator quit.. and 2 of my loan processors quit the company during my loan process with no communication on the matter. I was lied to numerous times.. at the 1st closing appointment no one showed up.. second the document figures were wrong.. amd the 3 and final the person was late. The cash to close kept changing numerous times and so did the closing costs which I was told that would never change. No one that I worked with at PennyMac has any customer service skills. No empathy/accou
