Clear. Concise. Professional. Even when delays happened they communicated they why and worked to avoid extra fees and finances.
It would have been better if I had the loan officer Tyler the entire time if I would have been able to close when I was scheduled. If I was not misguided by the team member “Kyle” who told me after the notary did not show up that I had to pay 1% extra on my closing because the month is now over and we are looking at a new month. When I first start the process it was good everything was smooth then it all went bad on PennyMac side. Manager Shaketta had to be call and got involved who was great.
We missed the original closing date. I had to escalate several time during the processing period. We did not get an accurate closing statement with cash to close till day of
