Too many different contacts. Too long a process asked for same docs repeated times poor communication until Buchanan got involved Just a refi of existing penny Mac loan. Took far too long and disjointed. Really bad experience

Initial staff I spoke with were professional and followed through as expected. However, Glenn was terrible at following through... I felt I had to chase after him to make sure he communicated with the closer and the title company. Admittedly, my closing situation was complicated by the fact that my husband was not initially available to sign the documents as he had been deployed to a fight CA fires for an unknown amount of days. I offered days/ timeframes that he could be available to sign as th

From the start of my loan process all the way up to the end at closing, I was well assisted and given the proper information in order to get the loan approved and closed. Great team to PennyMac and I will continue doing business with them

Had to deal with the manager to get results. Request for documentation four times. Took almost two months to close. Very disappointing service with the business who already held my mortgage. Have to call Monday because I received a request for payment of old amount prior to refinance and due Sep instead of October. Need to get something right. The closing cost was alot more than originally discussed. Donna Fonseca
