Raveena was very professional. The timing of all this made communication difficult, but she was incredible over the phone, prompt in her followup emails, and clear about expectations. Would definitely do it all over again!
Responses to questions were vague. Very little follow through. Closing documents were not forwarded to the notary before the scheduled appointment and were received an hour after rescheduled time. All communication received was directly from the notary. The agent that was assigned my case did not follow up with myself of the title company to ensure everything was done on time. I would expect more accountability and a little appreciation for a return customer.
It took more than 80 days. The closing papers were wrong. Molly and Moe both helped as much as they seemed to be able to, and helped rectify the above issues and offered lender credits, but all in all, it was a frustrating process.
My closing costs went from -$392 to +462, huge surprise. I was told the title was a problem but my house is a new build, and I have been the title holder for over two years. What the problems were is unclear to me and not explained to my satisfaction. I would like clearer more precise communications that didn't make me feel as if I should have known this process. I signed on 8/1, it funded on 8/11. Collections was sending notices of overdue payments on my former loan. no I didn't like it.
