Once we started working with Nicholas and our Loan Officer, Jeff, it was a great experience! The person we had between Jeff and Nicholaus was not a good experience at all! She did not follow through on her end and gave us faulty info; which was unfortunate and extremely frustrating! But both Jeff and Nicholaus were absolutely wonderful and helped us with everything we needed as well as having great communication and getting us documents in a timely manner! Jeff and Nicholaus were great!

I was extremely pleased with the process considering the time we live in with the coronavirus at all the process was very smooth and hassle free The closing agent was also very friendly and knowledgeable

Clear communications. Automation sped the process and made it so there were few documents I needed to provide. Phone calls responded to timley and professionally. Great collaboration between loan initiation loan execution teams. Felt that John and PennyMac had my best interest in mind and worked to provide me with options that met my needs. Flexible. I am looking forward to working with PennyMac for years to come.
