Great service
My closing was rescheduled three times, every time my closing documents were wrong to include the closing dates that I actually signed. The amount that I had to bring to closing, which I was given multiple amounts, and it was still wrong when I closed. I had a certified check for more than I was supposed to bring. I just signed all of the documents and told them to keep the difference, I didn't care I just wanted to close on my loan.
Sirrena was very thorough and prompt will all communication.
We were pleased with the service received from our loan officer Antonio Torres. He made the process very easy to understand with questions we needed clarification on, he was always available in a timely manner. We gave his service high reviews.
Jason did a wonderful job helping through our refi process. My wife and I are pleased.

Nicole was wonderful!! Always answered questions and calls promptly. She was very helpful in the process.
All the proper documents were uploaded within hours of starting the loan process. Despite this we were asked to upload the same documents several times. This caused the loan process to drag out for months! Kita Morris was very kind but was not helpful. She didn't seem to know what was going on unfortunately.
