I like how patience and knowledgeable Nick and kay where, They took their time answer my multiple questions, and make sure i was confident and understanding the process i was doing. Understand that there are numerous requests currently based on the lowering of interest rates but did take a month longer than expected. This may be due to my missing a phone call or two based on travel - not Max - he was fantastic. - GA
