Great experience
The level of communication and the clearness of that communication was overall great. The only complaint was a small lapse in responses and some unexpected delays in closing. It was only a minor issue and easily overcome by the return to speedy and accurate communication to close the process.
Any questions I had were answered within a timely manner. Kyle was very pleasant and friendly.
Arthur and Kami at PennyMac were great at every step and made my refinance a breeze!
