It was good service albeit not entirely what was communicated up front. Overall, I'm satisfied with PennyMac.

Great experience
It took a long time for me to connect with a loan officer. The set up process was easy once my email address was authenticated. I tried to change the email from my work email to my personal email without success. I asked two of the loan reps to change it, and they said they would, but it was never changed. I was given an original closing date for July. I had to follow when the July date expired. The wrong closing amount was emailed. I didn't find out until closing; I had to amend my check.
Excellent job from all of you
I was originally quoted a dollar amount for the refi. The next day that changed dramatically, about a 5000.00 swing. So I decided to have the the costs put into the loan. The day of the closing I was asked for 645.00 dollars because the closing team didn't figure the home owners properly, so that made me angry.
Prompt, accurate and professional service.
Everything was excellent but the length of time from application to closings was extremely unacceptable (March - August).
Not a bunch of different <email> from different people your communication could be better with in your company and easier to get a hold of you rep
