The loan agent who took the conventional loan application on the phone was very knowledgeable and professional. I also got a good rate. He made it look very simple. He told me exactly what to do and within am hour or so we completed the application. That was awesome. The lady who setup the closing was great. Everything was set up perfectly. The closing company called to set up a meeting place. It was very smooth. I will highly recommend PennyMac to any person interested in refinancing.
I was unpleasantly greeted over the phone by some representatives who almost seemed to get annoyed by my wanting to touch basis about my loan. I forgot the name of the young lady who I spoke to, but she was extremely rude and unpleasant to speak to.
