I am in RE and know how the loan process works. This, this was a disaster. Brent is a talker. He tells u what u want to hear. I had to get Stanley Rodrigues involved in order for this loan to make it to closing. The figures were off multiple times and the closing timeline was never clear or updated. 60 days turned into over 90. My signing docs had my name incorrect and after I signed, a week later I had to contact Pmac to see if the loan had funded/ closed. Too many ppl on the PMac Team.

Cheree was great! Very easy to communicate with, quick responses and very helpful. The issue was not with PennyMac or Cheree at ALL. It was with AmRock, the title company. They did not promptly communicate several important items (failed to schedule and communicate the notary in Monterey, failed to inform me of the signed documents they shipped, failed to communicate to the closing attorney about the shipped documents, this causing the attorney to have to re-do our entire closing).
