Felt like there should've been more communication between me and the closing officer.
PennyMac did a great job on our refinance loan. The process went smothly and all of it was done electronically until signature of the final loan documents. An agent was sent to our home for signing so we never had to go anywhere during the entire process. The interest rate we received was as originally stated and the lock period was sufficient to complete the entire process. PennyMac does what they say they will, in the time they say they will do it.
