Everything went smooth and mostly haste free
Most of my questions by Email were not answered. Although someone from Mymacteam told me to do not pay my mortgage on July, I was harassed by Penny mac officers because my monthly payment was not done. It was very stress-full. Only two days after the closing days I was told to sign the final documents, while I was in vacation. The good point was that the public notary was able to meet me at my vacation place.
All communications with Antonio were clear, timely and accurate! When he didn’t feel an e-mail was the best communication, he would call to make sure our questions were answered clearly. Very painless process!
Keeping me in the loop through the whole process I always had to call or contact the loan officer I was never told to write the closing amount to the title company I wrote it out to PennyMac luckily they took a personal check

The whole process was pretty easy to navigate. There was only one time where I wasn't sure if I should make my monthly payment due to a gap in communications but I take that gap to be dealing with the corona virus.
I am in RE and know how the loan process works. This, this was a disaster. Brent is a talker. He tells u what u want to hear. I had to get Stanley Rodrigues involved in order for this loan to make it to closing. The figures were off multiple times and the closing timeline was never clear or updated. 60 days turned into over 90. My signing docs had my name incorrect and after I signed, a week later I had to contact Pmac to see if the loan had funded/ closed. Too many ppl on the PMac Team.
Lauren was very thorough and pleasant in her communications with me. She took the time to answer my questions and she reached out periodically to keep me up to date during each stage of my loan processing. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and a delight to work with.
