Things went largely according to expectations especially with the current COVID situation.
As far communication it was on fridays which is last working day of the week and some doc were required within 48 hours . I think this should be done on monday so by the end of the week all back and forth of emails are completed. this is my only comment and for that reason some of my feedback ratings are low other than that Mr clyde and carmelita were on top of the process.
started loan in late Feb , did not get done intill July because of Covid ,was spoused to get a 700.00 credit from PM when I sold my other house and payed off PM , I don't know if I ever got it , just frustrating because of Covid.
I had a wonderful experience and everyone was very patient with me on things I didn’t not understand.
Closing process was very quick and accurate. No issues. Very easy process
