My only criticism is that your portal is sometimes confusing about what action by me was needed. I would get an email that said to go to the portal for action but the email did not clarify exactly what I was supposed to do. I would recommend that each such email detail the action needed at the portal so as not to waste people's time trying to figure it out.
took too long to process, best to keep customer inform of status on a weekly basis if not more.
Started the re-finance process in the middle of April 2020. However, once my refinance moved to the end stages near the closing the communication from Pennymac was EXTREMELY poor. Was only able to get my loan processing agent's voice-mail for majority of this time. Recieved two vague emails about dates and estimated costs to close, but no instructions on the process or what I needed to do. Extremely frustrated throughout this 4 month process.
