Everything about the procedural steps of the process were great. But our rep Eric Briggs was not great at all. He lacked communication skills and the customer experience we received was far less than poor.
Everyone I worked with was very polite. Covid did cause some delays, but with that in mind- the officers were fast and accurate with their numbers. Would definitely do business with again.
