- took days to get a response on how to Validate a lean was not ours but was asked several times while waiting for that information to proceed - the notary did not scheduled the first time and we were made aware the day of -I was asked to take this survey, but Max was u sure if I would get it by mail or email. -I was advised I owed at signing but it was actually a refund. -I didn’t appreciate being referred to as young lady -I was told I was difficult to get a hold of

The process took 5 months. There was no direct Contact number to communicate and if emailing then it took a week for each response. I got numerous closing documents. I had mixed messages about subordination and didn’t know if it was going ahead or not. It was recommended to try for subordination and then the application got denied. Communication was not clear. The time difference also made communication difficult.

Very easy process. I will definitely stay with PennyMac if I decide to refinance again in the future.
