Several areas of miscommunication from day 1 of the process. I stayed with Penny Mac for the refinance because I thought it would be more convenient but I was mistaken. I had to email various levels of management throughout the process to have things corrected or to keep the process moving. Not a good experience at all. Honestly, I waited a week to do this survey because I was afraid things wouldn’t go through correctly, even after the closing! That’s how little confidence I have now in PMC.

Great customer service with consistent communication between PennyMac representatives and myself. I was given a clear explanation of the loan procedure and status throughout the loan process.

First I would like for someone to return my car when I leave them voicemail messages over and over. I also would like people to know what they’re doing instead of giving me the runaround telling me to call different numbers and no one knows anything.

This has been communicated multiple times to Nancy and Joshua. I wont waste more of my time (which I've already done doing things like editing the incorrect documents FOR PENNYMAC) further.

Erica was very good and communicated clearly and on a timely basis. Everything worked out as promised. The Loan Officer Eric also got back to me quickly and cleared up the questions I had. Both patiently explained to me everything I needed to know.
