Our refinance through PennyMac was quick, easy, and seamless. Each representative we worked with (there were two in total) ensured we understood the process, were available to answer our questions, and communicated often and clearly. We are very happy with our experience.

The process started in March and finally closed in July. And they requested the same docs many times. And didn’t keep us up to date on requested documents.
