Greg Johnston was fantastic. Doing a refinance is stressful and then add the fact we did it online and over the phone and it is very stressful. Greg was polite and professional and answered all of our questions quickly and clearly. Having the closing agent come to the house was also great in light of Covid-19. Even on the day of closing Greg assisted us in getting our cash to close wire transfer completed. Greg was simply GREAT!

Some documents were requested after already having been provided. At closing I still didn't have a final closing cost issued accurately which resulted in notary making two visits to close. Flood zone information provided to me was not correct had to be amended. My loan specialist became unresponsive to my emails toward the end of the process so some of my questions/concerns were unanswered.

I rated this survey based on working with a Tracy, because of the Covid 19 situation it was awkward and seemed long. Everyone one was a pleasure to work with, it just seem to jump around at times. But again it was due to the current situation. Thank you Tracy and PennyMac.

The communication was poor at best. My closing paperwork was wrong twice. I ended up using my PTO from work three afternoons to close this loan.Frankly the way this went is unacceptable and I probably should’ve demanded that all of my closing costs and fees being waived because the whole thing was ridiculous. I actually almost decided to sell my house instead of refinancing it so I didn’t give any money, interest or otherwise to your company.
