Simple, efficient process from start to finish.
The processors were very through and competant, but the organization seemed overloaded, so the process was not as speedy as it could have been.
The loan process with PennyMac itself was easy. However, there were some miscommunication with the closing, which was handled by someone other than PennyMac. I told my loan officer that my ex husband would be there to sign the quit claim deed and associated documents, but got a call from the title company 20 mins before my scheduled closing asking for his information. As a result, the closing was delayed by over an hour and a half.
Max, was a complete pleasure to work with, we kind of wish we had a more direct line to speak with Max only, but everyone was a pleasure. And we understand why the automated answering service is in place. Thanks Max for all your help, during these challenging times. Thank you Pennymac team!
Closing process was easy and most of all very helpful by our closing agent Kami Weber. She was excellent throughout the entire process.
