The first loan officer was an ass. I really appreciated the help from Belinda! She was awesome! Michael was very helpful as well.
Everything went very smooth with my refi the only issue we had was in previewing the closing documents prior to closing.
Simple, efficient process from start to finish.
I had never refinanced before so I was a little leery. But everything went smoothly even sending documents which I thought would be hard but turn out to be ok sending them though the computer. But overall everything went very well she answer all my questions every time I called her. So that made it a Great experience.
