Excellent level of service and communication.
Poor communication from the loan officer, rarely returned calls, poor attitude. I didn’t care for him at all. I felt the same way about the loan processor!...
Tracy and I never spoke over the phone and she never returned an email. I initiated contact for all of my questions and most of thebPennyMac team members I was lucky enough to reach were extremely helpful. In rating the previous answers, I was unsure if I was rating Tracy or service in general. I was disappointed at the lack of communication throughout the process but grateful I was met with very helpful agents most times I called.
Greg was fundamental to this process going smoothy. Honestly, in the beginning, there was a breakdown in communication between my first point of contact and Greg. That being said, Greg de-escalated the situation very well, was easy to understand, and his response times were stellar. None of my questions were left unanswered for more than a few hours, and he really made the process straightforward, when this process is generally chaos. Hope to deal with him again.
The process was very smooth, even though it was all done online. The communication was fantastic!!!

Loan processor to stay in touch with applicant about closing ensuring that title company has followed through the closing cost is correct and to have at least one final telephone communication with the applicant vs. email notifications.
I had the luck to have a very supportive team helping me. They over communicated all the next steps, and made great follow ups along the process. They were always willing to help address my concerns to help me reach my goal.
