Good communication and great customer service 👍
Quick and clear process, and very competitive rates
Lana was awesome
The process took extremely longer than normal. Communication was horrible! Inaccurate information was given often. Team members didn’t seem to be on one accord. The overall process was displeasing.
Actually it’s not bad in comparison with other lender
I had no issue with Emeldo at all. Everyone including the loan officer, Brian Ross, was pleasant and professional to speak with The issues were 1. Brian did not return follow up calls. He only had sent vastly different numbers within documents to sign multiple times - PITI, amount due at closing and taxes. I have no confidence in the numbers.
Communication
Loan processor to stay in touch with applicant about closing ensuring that title company has followed through the closing cost is correct and to have at least one final telephone communication with the applicant vs. email notifications.
I had the luck to have a very supportive team helping me. They over communicated all the next steps, and made great follow ups along the process. They were always willing to help address my concerns to help me reach my goal.
