Other than how long it took because of Covid-19, everything went great.
Frustrating to have your closing delayed by 5 days, they gave us a ridiculous answers. The amount of the check to be written to them wasn’t given to us till 5 min before signing.
My refinance when smooth.
Our closing was delayed a week because one of the documents needed to be signed by my husband, but other than that, it was a smooth and easy process.
They got us a great interest rate and barely had to bring any money to the closing. The notary coming to our home at a convenient time for us was key in getting this done.
Tracy was very timely with updates and my loan was able to close sooner than anticipated.
