There was a severe lack of communication from Jorge Blanco. Weeks would go by with no communication. When Jorge would communicate he seemed confused about the process, and why steps in the process did not happen in the time frame that was previously communicated. On the upside, other representatives that I spoke with while Jorge was unreachable were very helpful, professional, and in Jorge Blanco's absence, kept the loan moving through the steps. Without them I doubt we would have closed by now.

Emails weren’t answer. I had to make multiple phone calls to get answers and no one was able to help right away. I let them know that my emails weren’t being answer and still continued to be ignored. Loan took way longer to close then I was told.

My questions were answered as quickly as possible. Any mistakes were quickly corrected. The process was overall made easy for me.

Loan officer was helpful, I had a problem with first application in January but the second app was successful and the team seemed knowledgeable and things went more smoothly.
