Interest rates had dropped so I am sure they were busy. The loan process was a little long but expected because of amount of traffic. Only real complaint was not knowing closing cost until the night before closing.
I had to call a lot to get answers. In the end everything went as expected with the loan
There was a severe lack of communication from Jorge Blanco. Weeks would go by with no communication. When Jorge would communicate he seemed confused about the process, and why steps in the process did not happen in the time frame that was previously communicated. On the upside, other representatives that I spoke with while Jorge was unreachable were very helpful, professional, and in Jorge Blanco's absence, kept the loan moving through the steps. Without them I doubt we would have closed by now.

My questions were answered as quickly as possible. Any mistakes were quickly corrected. The process was overall made easy for me.
Our loan officer was very attentive and kept us up to date each step of the way. It was easy to get in touch with her and she made sure all our questions were answered.
