Tahirah Kelly did an amazing job, never had an issue. She was very prompt in answer questions and taking care my needs. She definitely deserves an A++++. However, I received a letter from PennyMac to refinance my home, called the number several times, no answer. I started this process the first week of March. It’s is now June 10th. I give PennyMac Corp. a C. Sorry, just being honest.

Simple process from start to finish.
There was a severe lack of communication from Jorge Blanco. Weeks would go by with no communication. When Jorge would communicate he seemed confused about the process, and why steps in the process did not happen in the time frame that was previously communicated. On the upside, other representatives that I spoke with while Jorge was unreachable were very helpful, professional, and in Jorge Blanco's absence, kept the loan moving through the steps. Without them I doubt we would have closed by now.

Our loan officer was very attentive and kept us up to date each step of the way. It was easy to get in touch with her and she made sure all our questions were answered. We are very pleased with the entire refinancing process and will definitely recommend PennyMac to our friends and family. Thanks again!
