I don’t typically do reviews. Hopefully someone will look at this that actually call me back for once. It has been almost 5 weeks and I cannot get an answer on why my loan has not been adjusted for my homestead exemption. I have spoke with managers different associates and Lanna multiple times. I certainly wish someone could return an email or a call when promised. In the process of changing loan companies as we speak

My closing was rescheduled 3 times . I would of liked to been able to contact the person I was dealing with when issues where going on with the closing . Then yesterday I received an email saying our loan was funded . Then my wife gets a call asking about our June payment . When we where told we would not have one until August . It just seems like to me that the teams devised of penny Mac do not communicate . So now Monday is the 15th and I’ll have to call back to make sure that everything is ok

Very hard to communicate. Phone number provided always went to voicemail. Did not know the final funds to close until notary was here.

Raveena was great. She was not the problem. The problems really came with the title company and notary service. I tried to write this all out but I am limited to 500 characters. Old Republic Title was awful The notary who showed up was awful. I would like to speak to someone about how horrible the process actually was.

Was how attentive the loan specialist was to our questions and concerns. He was able to answer everything with detail and help us understand the terms and help us feel comfortable going through the process.

Tahirah Kelly did an amazing job, never had an issue. She was very prompt in answer questions and taking care my needs. She definitely deserves an A++++. However, I received a letter from PennyMac to refinance my home, called the number several times, no answer. I started this process the first week of March. It’s is now June 10th. I give PennyMac Corp. a C. Sorry, just being honest.
