Great experience
The whole process was easy to complete, great help from PennyMac
Better commu location. It took a long time to get responses back. When I first applied, the loan officer didn't respond that he couldn't offer the original rate we discussed. I felt ignored. That was the experience through much of the process. I'm sure the pandemic slowed things up. But, that meant the internal connections between departments should have been better. When you call in, one hand doesnt k ow what the other is doing. They didnt appear to.work for the same company.
During this pandemic I was stressed about everything Lana was a true blessing She was calm and assured me and literally walked me through the whole process. In my opinion SHE IS THE BEST Thank you Lana

I only had one glitch in the process and it doesn't appear that PennnyMac was at fault. The loan options and payment details were clearly discussed and explained and the closing was even earlier than was first reported.
I’m very happy with PennyMac and will use them again for my next Home Loan.
