When I call the day before closing to find out the amount I need to bring to closing and was given an incorrect amount. My reason for refinancing was because my property taxes were increasing. I was told ny Michael Agular that my payments would go down because of the lower interest rate, but my payments increased in spite of the rate decrease. Receiving incorrect information throughout the process caused a delay in the closing of the loan.

I started the process on March 30th i do believe o was told closing by April 14th or 15th. Then it went to April 30th. April 30th came still not closed. Im say maybe service would've been better if covid-19 wasn't here. I finally signed papers on May 21st. I probably could've received a lower rate if I waited longer. Thank you for your help!

Antonio's was great and I really appreciate him and everything he did. I do not believe he is at fault and would give him 5 stars. Aside from him though, the lending experience was a nightmare! We had to do our signing twice. Cash to close kept changing and getting higher even though nothing had changed with our circumstances. Our loan didn't fund the first time due to error by PennyMac and then I had to spend multiple hours each week calling my loan officer or Tony to get things fixed.
