My husband took the vehicle in to have the tires rotated, the oil changed and a check up. They said it would take 2-3 hrs. They didn't update him, he had to ask about what was going on but they still didn't tell him much. 5 hrs later they said it was done. He was waiting the whole time. They said they did the tires but they didn't. Not sure what they did but make him wait forever. Not good!!! Did not rotate the tires.

They are very unprofessional 2nd time Ive been in for the hatch , I got a rental car & 11/2 weeks latter Im told my warranty doesnt cover it ,so I have to pay for everything myself.Im not dealing with Peoria Ford again,Im sorry I bought my car there,never again
I bought the Mustang Mach E 2021 with only 15999 miles for $13,000 over The original MSRP sticker price that I find in the trunk.. Now I get a service vehicle soon request two weeks after I drive off the lot. Something with the Powertrain Malfunction and a High Voltage Battery Warning. Seems like something that should of been checked before selling me the vehicle.

10 days to diagnose. Performed service/replacement part, did not fix issue. Took back for 5 more days for new diagnosis, hoping this one fixes issue. Taking it in this week. I'll be calling Ford corporate or whoever I need to speak to after this next fix attempt. I've owned the truck for 3 months, it's been in Peoria Ford service department for about 3weeks of that 3months.... Absolutely ridiculous And also, did not wash truck any of the times I've visited, maybe wash is broken?
Paying a 9000 dollar market adjustment is a rip off bought 2 vehicles paid 18000 over sticker thats almost the cost of a one truck. Matt my sales rep was awesome as always but he was embarrassed by the greed from management .
Shady business practices. Upon arrival, found vehicle listed on-line for $42K had $55K window sticker making it seem like a special deal when in fact even the $42K was a high price. Also in vehicle was "auction value sheet" of over $46K. This was total B.S. The worst part is the finance department. I felt like I was dealing with the Gestapo! Took 45 minutes to do 15 minutes worth of paperwork. Vehicle purchased did not receive a PDI & had a serious mechanical issue on highway! WORST DEALER EXP
I made an appointment for an oil change service to include tire rotation and fluid checks, I arrived early for my appointment at 0730 hours 24August2022. When my service writer finally got to me, checked the mileage, serial number (which matched the one on the coupon), and checked for visible body damage after which he started quoting the things that he said needed to be done at 30K miles, without batting an eye quoted me that it would be $902.
