This is the best location I've been to. I just moved from Jacksonville Florida to Texas. And when I take my dogs to the one in Jacksonville Florida hated the airport location I would literally have to drag my dogs in there. Today my dogs absolutely loved this location they were so attentive. They sent me report cards to let me know how well my dogs were doing. Pet Paradise Plano Custer did such an amazing job. I had an emergency situation where I needed last minute boarding for my sweet baby and Pet Paradise Plano Custer was so incredible to work with. In the wee hours of the morning they helped get my boarding reservation set up in record time and reassured me he would be in excellent hands. It was an incredible relief and weight off of my shoulders so I could go attend to the emergency. They gave me detailed updates and reassurance he was doing great. I have a 1 year old Jack Russell mix and when he first boarded at a different facility, he did not have a great experience. But when I boarded him at Pet Paradise Plano Custer, he had a blast! He made friends and the staff loved him! After that other experience, I was worried about boarding him, but now we have found the spot and I am very happy with Pet Paradise Plano Custer! I highly recommend them!

Our baby boy louis loves pet paradise ! I have taken him to other day cares for camp And he doesn't come home as happy as he does when he comes to pet paradise :) as soon as I turn the corner to drop him off he starts crying because he wants out right away to go play with all his friends! He comes to day camp to play three times a week sometimes. Laura the manager is wonderful. I love how they make sure dogs shots are up to date and does an evaluation of other Pets for the the safety of our pets! I enjoy the report cards ... read more

Our Pippa spent 8 nights at this location, indoor boarding and we added a grooming service before pick up. She came home happy, healthy and VERY CLEAN! We were impressed with their level of professionalism and customer service at check in and check out- quick and efficient! They even gave us a follow up courtesy call which I appreciated and shared Pippa's notes/report card with us- I highly recommend this facility!

I bring my puppy here for day care and I loveee it! The staff does everything they can to make sure she is well taken care of and it really is like day care for kids but for dogs! She comes home exhausted which is great for me!!

My golden retriever loves coming here for day camp! The staff is very friendly and our pup always comes home smelling clean & happy! They don't really give out report cards anymore but I love how I can watch him on the webcams they also threw him a birthday party which was adorable
