If you're a pet owner, you know that choosing a boarding or daycare facility isn't just a transaction--it's a trust decision. My family has been bringing our dogs to Pet Paradise Premier in Plano for nearly 10 years. Over that time they've cared for three of our dogs: Lily, our brindle sweetheart; Nova, my brilliant Catahoula rescue; and now Blondie, our playful pit-husky mix. My dog and I love this place. The staff is so friendly and they genuinely love our dog Tanner as much as we do. We have only gone a couple of times but they already greet him by name and love on him. The check ins and ability to add grooming services is awesome. I also enjoy being able to watch him on the cameras. We tried another pet paradise location and realized the staff there isn't his family like the premier location is. 10/10 you will have peace of mind here.

This is such a great place for my dog. The staff are amazing and the facility is top notch. My dog loves it here, and always get excited for an opportunity to go on mini vacation

My Frenchies go here and they have the best time and the staff is super friendly and I can always count on them to give my dogs the love and attention they need while I'm out on work trips. I appreciate their communication regarding my puppies and their professional professionalism every time I drop them off and pick them up.

Terrific place to take your dog to be groomed. I took my little guy here after I had a terrible grooming experience at a difference place. Pet Paradise did a beautiful job. Definitely recommend and will be back. Pricing was also transparent and reasonable. Thank you!

We use the Pet Paradise in Cedar Park, but we're in Plano for a family emergency. I booked the reservation online, but I had accidentally allowed our dog's vaccines to expire, and they wouldn't let her in (understandably so). They gave me a recommendation for a local vet that does walk-ins. I got her vaccinated and brought her back same day and they took her in with no problem. They updated my records and they were great with our nervous pup. Great facilities and wonderful front desk staff!!

Cali, Audrey, Mia, and team are always very diligent and helpful. It gives me peace of mind knowing I can leave Baxter at a place he loves to go while I'm at work.

I'm giving this location a 5-star review because of the groomer, Betty. When I took my 2 dogs here yesterday, the front desk staff shared that my original groomer cancelled due to calling in. Betty kindly offered to add my dogs to her already busy schedule. One of my dogs is only 5 months, so Betty called me to talk with me about options for my 5 month old dogs groom due to her being very timid and scared.
