My dogs really enjoy coming to this boarding and grooming Facility. The groomers there take good care of my 2 dogs and always give them a good Haircut. They come out and take the time to listen to what I want done and always make sure they are still clean when I pick them up. I also appreciate the offer of a take home bath after they are boarded to make sure they aren't dirty before coming home.

We have been taking our babies to Pet Paradise for several years. We use the boarding service for our cat and our dog when he can not travel with us. The cat room has two room suites and the cats are given individual exercise time outside of the suite. There is a large window in the room that the cats can look out of while in their suite or sit on the window sill during exercise. The staff always takes special care and give sweet "report cards" for their stay. We also take our Yorkie to Liz for grooming. He is very nervous... read more

Pet Paradise is a great place for Doggie daycare and sleepovers. My dog seems to enjoy every aspect of PPP.

Pet Paradise is the only place we feel comfortable leaving our dog, whether it is for day care or for an extended overnight stay. I love being able to watch him on the cameras and see how much fun he's having with the other pups. He's always super worn out when we pick him up from playing so hard all day! The staff are very friendly and always take great care of my dog. My dog is like a child to me, and I would only send him somewhere where I feel 100% confident that he is taken care of the same way I would treat him at home... read more

I toured many dog boarding facilities for my sweet, shy black and white dog Gizmo. Pet Paradise at Plano Premier was the best option for Gizmo because the workers did an excellent job taking care of my dog for her first day at daycare. She enjoyed a clean, safe playtime experience. Gizmo connected with her trainer Amanda F. and enjoyed her time there. The employees gave me a full report of her time there. I feel secure that Gizmo will have a positive, safe experience with the staff at Plano Premier.

Our huskies Arya and Ghost lose their minds when they see us turn off of premier to get dropped off. The staff are very friendly, know the pups by name and are always giving great feedback on our dogs when they stay for either boarding or daycare.

We love Pet Paradise. This is the only place we feel comfortable leaving our dog, whether it's over night or for an extended stay. The staff is wonderful and our dog always comes home well cared for! Our dog just completed another stay at Pet Paradise Premier. We are super happy to have a place we can board our dog when we are out of town.

We've used this location many times for boarding and daycare and our Abby loves it! Last week (Thanksgiving) Abby had a health crisis (no fault of Pet Paradise) while she was being boarded and Keanna called us immediately. We were hundreds of miles away and her calm and caring demeanor helped ease our concerns. She offered to take Abby to the emergency vet hospital and we consented. She not only took her to the hospital, but also stayed with Abby during the exam and diagnosis, calling us with updates. You could hear the... read more

We had just adopted Luna and took her here for a bath to get her all cleaned up. Everyone there was so great from the moment I walked in. Taylor was so sweet and made me feel comfortable leaving my new baby there. We will definitely be back!!
