Pet Paradise is the only place we feel comfortable leaving our dog, whether it is for day care or for an extended overnight stay. I love being able to watch him on the cameras and see how much fun he's having with the other pups. He's always super worn out when we pick him up from playing so hard all day! I toured many dog boarding facilities for my sweet, shy black and white dog Gizmo. Pet Paradise at Plano Premier was the best option for Gizmo because the workers did an excellent job taking care of my dog for her first day at daycare. She enjoyed a clean, safe playtime experience. Gizmo connected with her trainer Amanda F. and enjoyed her time there. The employees gave me a full report of her time there. I feel secure that Gizmo will have a positive, safe experience with the staff at Plano Premier.

Our huskies Arya and Ghost lose their minds when they see us turn off of premier to get dropped off. The staff are very friendly, know the pups by name and are always giving great feedback on our dogs when they stay for either boarding or daycare.

We love Pet Paradise. This is the only place we feel comfortable leaving our dog, whether it's over night or for an extended stay. The staff is wonderful and our dog always comes home well cared for! Our dog just completed another stay at Pet Paradise Premier. We are super happy to have a place we can board our dog when we are out of town.

We've used this location many times for boarding and daycare and our Abby loves it! Last week (Thanksgiving) Abby had a health crisis (no fault of Pet Paradise) while she was being boarded and Keanna called us immediately. We were hundreds of miles away and her calm and caring demeanor helped ease our concerns. She offered to take Abby to the emergency vet hospital and we consented. We had just adopted Luna and took her here for a bath to get her all cleaned up. Everyone there was so great from the moment I walked in. Taylor was so sweet and made me feel comfortable leaving my new baby there. We will definitely be back!!

I had been searching for a new boarding place for my pups for the LONGEST time. I then came across Pet Paradise, saw amazing reviews, and thought it was time to give it a try. If there is some feedback I can give, it's try this place out! The reviews are positive for a reason. As a pet parent, I sometimes feel nervous leaving my pups (especially when it's a new place.) I love Pet paradise. Our dog goes here for boarding and grooming. He is always well taken care of and the Plano premiere facility is always clean. The staff is kind and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

We love this place. Our dog Charlie loves his time at Plano Premier. The staff is nice and they take great care of our puppy. We are beyond pleased and would highly recommend them for your paw babies.
