My girlfriend and I just started bringing our puppy Bronxie here a week ago and it had been a stress reliever. Whenever we need time with just us going out it is the best. We do not have to worry about rushing to return home because she's at day care. They give the cutest report cards. love love LOVE this place !

Absolutely love this place! Brought my dog in for a couple of hours to test out if he could board with them for a week. Loved that I could watch him on the doggy cam they provide on their website. They took such good care of him and loved loved loved that he got a report card. Definitely recommend

I love the fact that you get to bring your dog for one free day of doggy day camp prior to his boarding in order to get him used to it and to see how he'll react. That was a definite selling point.

The staff couldn't be more involved with ensuring that my dog is happy and having fun at the resort. At first it was truly stressful for me because my dog is a rescue and suffers from separation anxiety and Pet Paradise has completely blown me away. They will take care of your dog as if it was their own and they always keep me up to date with anything going on with their daily activities. Plus I love the 24/7 cameras so I can watch my dog have fun while I work at my desk lol.

We just made reservations for our 2nd time. I was very impressed when we left our two little shih tzus the last time. From the lst phone call at the reservation desk to the ones inside the resort, everyone is so friendly and accommodating. We loved that our dogs were in a cubicle like room where they could see out, instead of a small crate that they used to go to at a vet's office. Plus, they get to play outside of their room.

Love Pet paradise. Our Maggie goes here for boarding and grooming. She is always well taken care of and the Plano premiere facility is always clean. The staff is kind and helpful. Highly recommend this place . Our dog has high anxiety and they always know how to deal with her.

I just picked up my four month old puppy, Lily, after a week's stay at Pet Paradise, and I could not be happier! She was wonderfully taken care of, she bonded with all of the employees (and many dogs) there, and we didn't have a single worry while we were out of town. I do recommend signing up for the daily update emails, which gave us great information about how she was doing and some adorable pictures to help my family and I not miss her quite so much. I love Pet Paradise! It is always extremely clean and they are very friendly and always seem very excited to see my Ozzie when I bring him in! He hasn't gone in a couple of weeks due to money issues but once things get back to normal he will go back to doggie daycare with them! The best part about it is my boy always comes back tired and happy! Being an Australian Shepherd it is almost impossible to get him fully tired and they always do! I just boarded my dog at Pet Paradise for the first time, and I'm impressed with them so far! Everyone was super friendly, and they were sweeter/more attentive toward my pup when we arrived than any other place I've been. PLUS the Lil' Camper Report I received when picking her up 100% made my day!
